Today Michelle made an amazing fajita cake for lunch. ¡Tan deliciosa! You can't go wrong with roast chicken, red onion, sweet peppers, black beans, queso fresco, and spicy salsa. She saw this recipe on one of those Facebook videos that make everything look easy, delicious, and perfect. It came out of the oven ready for its close up! Lots of leftovers too!
